Zbiegniew “Jerry” Bielicki was located by Peoria Police and returned home, according to authorities.
When the alert was issued Thursday, Bielicki was last seen around 4 p.m. Wednesday near Union Hills Drive and Loop 101. He was driving a 2006 Chevrolet Trailblazer with Arizona license plate 236STN.
