SAFE Alert canceled after 67-year-old man last seen in Phoenix found safe
Alfredo Espinoza-Valdez was found safe at a hospital about two hours after his SAFE Alert was issued on Thursday.

A SAFE Alert issued Thursday for a 67-year-old man with a medical condition who was last seen in Phoenix was canceled a short time thereafter, authorities said.
Alfredo Espinoza-Valdez was found safe at a hospital, the Phoenix Police Department said about two hours after the alert was issued.
He was previously seen on foot near Glendale and 19th avenues around 8:30 a.m. on Thursday.
SAFE Alerts have replaced Silver Alerts in Arizona as a way to spread the word about missing persons who are 65 and older and missing persons who have dementia or developmental or cognitive disabilities.
