Airport officials said they were investigating the cause of the power outage.
In an email, a Sky Harbor spokesperson told KTAR News 92.3 FM that the outage was “not showing any impact to operations at this time.”
However, they encouraged flyers to contact their airline and the Reagan Airport for additional information.
Reagan Airport said in a tweet that flights were operational, but boarding and deplaning was slowed due to the power outage.

Power outage at @Reagan_Airport; only minimal lighting, no displays. I asked flight staff if this happens sometimes; they said they've never seen anything like it. #ReaganAirport #PowerOutage pic.twitter.com/mVZ6eIL1bQ
