Police ask for public’s help identifying armed man who allegedly robbed an Arby’s

PHOENIX — Police are asking for the public’s help identifying and locating a man who allegedly robbed an Arby’s while armed earlier this month.

According to the Phoenix Police Department, the man robbed the Arby’s located off of Central Avenue and Baseline Road on Nov. 8.

Police said the man gave a note to an employee that said, “Give me all the money you have or else someone’s going to get shot.” He then proceeded to lift up the sweatshirt he was wearing to show the employee the handle of a black handgun with a white stripe down it.

The employee gave the man the cash and he left the restaurant before heading south toward a residential neighborhood.

Police identified the man as a Hispanic male in between the age of 30 and 40 years old. They estimated him as being 5-foot-10 tall and described him as having a thin build and a black mustache.

In addition, Phoenix police said that he was wearing a red hat, plain black hooded sweatshirt, black pants and brown and gray tennis shoes.
