Phoenix window company to hold career fair, plans to hire more than 40

PHOENIX — A Phoenix window company is holding a career fair on Saturday with plans to fill more than 40 available positions, according to a press release.

Western Window Systems, which designs and manufactures moving glass walls and windows, will conduct the in-person event from 9 a.m. to noon at the manufacturer’s headquarters at 2200 E. Riverview Drive in Phoenix.

All participants of the career fair must undergo a wellness and temperature check and wear a face covering. Masks will be provided, if needed.

Manufacturing and shipping positions are available along with roles for sales, group leaders, CADD drafter and maintenance, among others.

No prior experience or certifications are necessary for entry-level manufacturing positions as on-the-job training will be provided for those hired, according to the release.

Those interested can complete an online application to expedite the hiring process, and people with all types of work backgrounds and skillsets are encouraged to apply.

On-site interviews will be held and on-the-spot job offers will be extended to qualified candidates, according to the release.

In addition to a $250 sign-on bonus, candidates hired also receive paid time off and volunteer time, 401k matching, profit sharing, health care coverage and up to 100% tuition reimbursement, according to the release.
