Phoenix Suns’ Devin Booker buys Paradise Valley home for $3.25 million

PHOENIX — Phoenix Suns guard Devin Booker has held a special place in the Valley since he was drafted two years ago.

Now he literally has a special place, and it cost him over $3 million.

According to The Arizona Republic, Booker purchased a house in Paradise Valley near the cross-section of Lincoln Drive and Scottsdale Road.

The house, sold by Launch Real Estate, is 5,590 square feet. The house was delisted when it was at $3.475 million, but the Republic reports Booker paid $3.25 million for it.

It holds four bedrooms, four-and-a-half bathrooms and is in the newest subdivision of Paradise Valley, according to Launch Real Estate. There is also a pool, private spa, exercise space, and a four-car garage that sits on an acre of land.

If you want a home this nice for yourself in the future, all you need to do is score 70 points in a NBA game. No big deal, right?
