Phoenix police searching for suspect after fatal hit-and-run

PHOENIX — The Phoenix Police Department is looking for information after a man was killed in a hit-and-run early Monday morning.

The incident occurred around 2:45 a.m. near the intersection of 48th and Van Buren streets.

Police say the man was transported to the hospital where he was pronounced dead.
