PHOENIX — Are you in the market for a new home? How does seven bedrooms, 10 bathrooms and a $8.75 million price tag sound?

A home in Phoenix’s Biltmore area — near Camelback Road and 32nd Street — that was designed by a former Frank Lloyd Wright apprentice has hit the market.

According to the Phoenix Business Journal, the $8.75 million price tag makes it one of most expensive homes for sale in the Valley. It was previously listed for $9 million.

As we mentioned above, the home has seven bedrooms and 10 bathrooms. The 12,502-square-foot home sits alongside the Biltmore’s Adobe Golf Course. In case you need it, the home includes a wing just for a live-in nanny.

An 863-square-foot guest house, separate from the main home, is also on the property.

The home was built in 1997 and designed by Vernon Swaback, who borrowed a lot of cues from his legendary mentor. Wright favored the use of strong, bold lines, open floorplans and touches of art deco.

The home’s listing said it has “custom-crafted limestone columns and surfaces,” “Brazilian hand-scraped cherry floors” and a “distinctive copper roof.”

Before you splash the cash on this house though, we should probably warn you about the homeowners association fees: A whopping $22 — that’s not a typo — per month.
