Phoenix fire: 5-year-old boy in critical condition after pool incident

PHOENIX — A five-year-old boy is in extremely critical condition after being removed from a pool on Friday night, according to the Phoenix Fire Department.

The child was taken to the hospital after not breathing following his removal from the water, firefighters say.

The incident occurred at a home near 35th Avenue and Dunlap Avenue.
