Phoenix Festival of the Arts to bring art, wine tasting, dances, songs and activities

PHOENIX – The 12th annual Phoenix Festival of the Arts is making its return to downtown’s Margaret T. Hance Park this weekend.

The festival that runs from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday will showcase more than 150 artists selling their creations.

Local eateries, Arizona wineries, local breweries and live music from Arizona bands will also be featured at the park near McDowell Road and Seventh Avenue.

Art demonstrations, dance ensembles, spoken word poets, choral groups and family-friendly activities will also be on display.

What are prices for Phoenix Festival of the Arts?

Entry into the festival is free.

However, tickets for wine and beer tasting are now available for purchase. Each tasting ticket will come with a commemorative glass.

Part of the revenue generated from the festival will also support the Phoenix Center for the Arts.

Not only will the festival feature alcoholic tastings, but music and other live performances will also be spread across two stages during Saturday and Sunday.
