Phoenix Comicon to feature ‘Guardians of the Galaxy’ stars

Three members of the “Guardians of the Galaxy” movie franchise will be making an appearance at the next Phoenix Comicon.

Just don’t mention it to Star-Lord.

Michael Rooker, best known for his role as Merle Dixon from the “Walking Dead” and Yondu in “Guardians of the Galaxy,” will be in attendance for Phoenix Comicon 2018. Along with Rooker, Sean Gunn (Kraglin) will also appear at the event. Both Rooker and Gunn will appear on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

Fellow “Guardians” star and former pro wrestler, Dave Bautista (Drax the Destroyer) will make a one-day appearance at the event on Saturday.

Fans will have the opportunity to take photos with the stars as well as have an opportunity for autographs and listen in on a Q&A panel.

Phoenix Comicon will run from May 24 to May 27, at the Phoenix Convention Center.
