PCSO deputy arrested in Phoenix

Pinal County Sheriff’s Office Deputy Derek Lysne was placed on paid administrative reassignment after being arrested for one count of domestic violence criminal trespass according to Phoenix police.

The incident, a misdemeanor, took place at a private residence near 47th Avenue and Bell Road.

The criminal investigation is being done by the Phoenix Police Department and the subsequent Professional Standards Investigation according to PCSO.
