New steakhouse offers modern dining experience at Scottsdale Waterfront

PHOENIX — A new steakhouse offering a modern fine dining experience opened Friday in Old Town Scottsdale.

STK Steakhouse, located near Stetson Drive and Scottsdale Road, markets itself as a unique mix between a lounge and a steakhouse.

In-house DJs spinning music live, coupled with upscale decor and original cocktail selections, creates an atmosphere the company calls “vibe dining.”

The restaurant also has a rooftop patio that provides sweeping views of the Scottsdale Waterfront and unique local elements worked into the menu.

It is the chain’s first Arizona location.

“The new restaurant is a perfect complement to the vibrant surrounding area and offers guests a memorable and safe dining experience,” Emanuel Hilario, ONE Group owner, said in a press release.

The restaurant is open Monday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m., Friday from 11 a.m. to 12 a.m., Saturday from 3 p.m. to 12 a.m. and Sunday from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m.

Takeout and delivery will begin Jan. 18, according to the release.

STK Steakhouse has 14 locations across the United States, as well as eight international locations.
