PHOENIX — Ling & Louie’s Asian Bar and Grill, a restaurant with two Valley locations that serves up modern Asian cuisine with American flair, announced Tuesday a new concept would be opening next week at Hayden Peak Crossing in Scottsdale.

A fast-casual restaurant during the lunch hour, Ling’s Wok Shop will operate as a full-service restaurant with a full bar of hand-crafted cocktails, select wines and beers during happy hour and dinner service.

The restaurant will be open Sundays through Thursdays from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Fridays and Saturdays from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.

“Ling & Louie’s is known for creating flavorful dishes using traditional Asian cooking techniques and ingredients in non-traditional ways,” John Banquil, the company’s president and CEO, said in a press release.

“At Ling’s Wok Shop, diners will enjoy our most popular menu items, plus a host of bold new flavors from across Asia.”

Menu items include a seafood hot pot that features scallops, salmon and jumbo shrimp in a green curry-coconut broth and other wok-fired creations with the restaurant’s 15 signature sauces.

Banquil in the release said the new concept is an evolution for the company’s brand and a model for growth.

Ling & Louie’s Asian Bar and Grill has a location in Chandler and another in Scottsdale.

The company also has a restaurant in Dallas, Texas, and Meridian, Idaho.
