Motorcyclist critically hurt after crash involving car in west Phoenix

A motorcyclist was rushed to the hospital on Monday night after getting into a crash with a car in west Phoenix, authorities said.

Fire crews responded to the area of 35th Avenue and Camelback Road around 8 p.m. for the collision, according to the Phoenix Fire Department.

The man was in extremely critical condition when he was transported.

Phoenix Police Department was investigating the incident.
