A Flagstaff woman was arrested in connection with the death of her 17-month-old child, police said.
Ochra Manakaja, 31, was booked into the Coconino County jail on charges of first-degree murder, child abuse and concealment of a deceased body, according to the Flagstaff Police.
Officers were called to the La Quinta Inn off of Interstate 40 just after 9:30 a.m. Sunday. Responding officers found the child dead inside one of the hotel rooms.
Two other children, ages 7 and 9, were also found in the room. Both were unharmed and are safe, reported Flagstaff police.
