Mmm, brains! Queen Creek, Ariz. haunted house simulates zombie outbreak
Thanks to a haunted house in Queen Creek, Arizona, visitors can live like "The Walking Dead" among the walking dead.
PHOENIX — Arizonans, beware! There’s a zombie outbreak in the works!
Okay, not really, but thanks to a haunted house in Queen Creek, Arizona, visitors can live like “The Walking Dead” among the walking dead.
Visitors at The Outbreak at Schnepf Farms will have to escape an avoid a simulated disease spreading throughout the country, turning people into the undead.
But that’s not all: Schnepf Farms is also home to a unique plant that acts as a vaccine against the outbreak.
There’s just one issue: Zombies took over the part of the farm where the plant is grown.
Using this simulation, visitors will be asked to hop aboard a moving wagon and use weapons (paintball guns) to shoot at “zombies!”
The Outbreak will be open every Thursday through Sunday in October, opening at 6:30 p.m. and closing at 10 p.m. Thursdays and Sundays and 11:30 Fridays and Saturdays.
Now, won’t you get out there this Halloween and save your country from zombies?
