Very obvious question. Just poor incomplete reporting.
Was the driver suspected of a violent crime that threatened the public or are Mesa police just shooting anyone they want over failure to respect their authority? They didn't even admit why they stopped him in the first place.
Who told the Darwin candidate it was okay to run from the police?? His parents or society and social media??
Those are the questions that need to be asked and answered.
