Mesa Golfland-Sunsplash looking to hire hundreds of summer employees

PHOENIX — The sweltering heat of the summer months are quickly approaching, and Golfland-Sunsplash in Mesa is preparing for the increased activity.

The company announced plans to hire more than 400 new employees and will host open interviews at job fairs on March 7 and March 14 at 9 a.m. Applicants are asked to apply online to receive additional information and notices about future openings.

Jobs include lifeguards, food service, front gate staff, cashiers, catering and more.

The company says no experience is required for most positions. All training – including lifeguard certification – will be provided by the park.

Aquatics Director Christian Penwell said lifeguard training can be beneficial for those interested in finding a career in medical, military or fire department.

Along with Golfland-Sunsplash in Mesa, the company also has six locations throughout California.
