1 man killed in multi-vehicle collision in West Phoenix

PHOENIX — A man has died following a multi-vehicle collision in West Phoenix on Friday night, according to the Phoenix Police Department.

At around 10:15 p.m., police responded to a crash near 67th and Minnezona avenues. Upon arrival, police found two drivers with injuries.

Kevin Adriano, 19, died on scene due to his injuries. The other driver was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

Upon investigation, authorities said both drivers were driving southbound on 67th Avenue when Adriano collided with the other driver.

Both vehicles went off the roadway, with Adriano’s vehicle crashing into two trees. The other driver hit a street sign and a parked vehicle. 

The investigation remains ongoing. No other information was made available.
