Main Street Minute: Phoenix market will be open Christmas Day
A Phoenix neighborhood market will be open on Christmas Day and a historic building has been sold.

• There will be at least one market open Christmas Day — Luci’s in Phoenix. The market/restaurant at 16th Street and Bethany Home Road said it will be open from 6:30 a.m. until 2 p.m. that day.
• Two historic downtown Phoenix buildings will soon have a new owner. The Phoenix Business Journal reported that the Luhrs City Center has been bought by Lincoln Property and Invesco for $44 million. The 1920s buildings near Central Avenue and Jefferson Street will include space for restaurants and creative businesses.
• Some of the top companies in the Valley will be on hand for a job fair near Sky Harbor Airport on Monday. The event runs from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m. at the Phoenix Airport Marriott near 44th Street and Loop 202.
