Arizona Humane Society shelters waiving adoption fees on Saturday

If you are looking for a new furry friend, look not further.

All five Arizona Humane Society locations are waiving adoption fees for all pets from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday as part of Bissell’s Pet Foundation’s Empty the Shelters.

With the organization caring for more than 1,200 animals within its shelters and foster homes, the free adoptions will help make space for AHS’ field operations team, whcih brings in sick, injured or abused animals.

All pets are spayed or neutered as well as microchipped and current on all vaccinations.

In addition to your new fur baby, you will receive a bag of dog food and a free follow-up veterinary exam with VCA Animal Hospitals.
