Wide-ranging indictment handed down in Valley organized retail theft case
More than 25 individuals in Glendale were indicted in an organized retail theft case that dealt with illegal gain from stolen Blu-Ray Discs and DVDs.

PHOENIX — More than 25 individuals in Glendale were indicted in an organized retail theft case, the Arizona Attorney General’s Office announced on Wednesday.
The business named “iSold It on eBay” and 24 known “boosters” allegedly made more than $2 million off of “the sale of previously stolen property” between 2018 and 2024, a press release said.
Property in question was primarily Blu-Ray Discs and DVDs and iSold It on eBay reportedly sold the media via their online Amazon presence.
The U.S. Department of Homeland Security was able to repossess more than $200,000 in the disks over its multi-year investigation.
iSold It on eBay and the known boosters were indicted for organized theft, trafficking stolen property, fraudulent schemes and artifices of $10,000 or more illegally conducting an enterprise and conspiracy.
