Hooters-style restaurants enjoy boom in business

The country’s top “breastaurants” behind Hooters are
enjoying a bit of a boom.
Featuring scantily-clad waitresses, the sports-bar chains
had sales growth of 30 percent or more last year, according
to Technomic, a food-industry research firm.
One of those restaurants, Twin Peaks, in north Scottsdale,
has a logo that is an image of two snow-capped mountains.
Meggie Miller of Twin Peaks said “breastaurant” is “maybe
not the word we would have chosen from the get go … but
the costume is flattering and fun to wear.”
