Here are the best spots in the Valley to find pie on National Pi Day

Even though National Pi Day has nothing to do with pie, here are some of the best places in the Valley to find the dessert.

PHOENIX — Monday is a special day on the calendar for those in the mathematics industry.

March 14 numerically is 3-14, also known as the first three numbers in the never-ending mathematical constant that make up the ratio of a circle’s circumference to its diameter.

The national day celebrating pi, often represented by the Greek letter π, has nothing to do with pie.

However, those who want to spend the day honoring one of math’s most historic calculations with some pie have plenty of places to choose from in the Valley.
