These are the latest tenants announced to open at GSQ, a 150-acre mixed-use development near 150th Drive and McDowell Road in downtown Goodyear.

All of the businesses are expected to open sometime next year.

While the exact locations for all the new businesses were not announced, the city said that Fogo de Chão will be located on the southwest corner of Goodyear Way and Bullard Avenue and that First Watch will open on the northwest corner of McDowell Road and Bullard Avenue.

“GSQ is rapidly becoming one of the West Valley’s premier destinations,” Goodyear Mayor Joe Pizzillo said in a press release. “The addition of these businesses reflects the remarkable growth and vibrancy taking place in Goodyear.”

Fogo de Chão is known for its “Churrasco” dining experience, where servers carve and serve fire-roasted meats tableside, including steak, chicken, lamb and pork.

First Watch offers breakfast, brunch and lunch options for diners. The new location will also have a patio, bar and a mural inspired by Goodyear, according to the press release.

California Fish Grill menu contains a variety of seafood dishes, including salmon, shrimp and poke.

CAVA’s menu includes bowls and pitas with a base of rice or greens, which can then be topped with vegetables and a variety of meats and sauces.
