Arizona father arrested for allegedly leaving 4 children in hot car
A father was arrested after he allegedly left his four children in a hot car in the middle of the afternoon on Thursday, authorities said.

PHOENIX — A father was arrested after he allegedly left his four children in a hot car in the middle of the afternoon on Thursday, authorities said.
Ascencio Largo, 38, is being charged with eight felonies in relation to the investigation, according to the Phoenix Police Department.
The Department of Child Safety is also conducting its own investigation into the incident.
Details on father arrested
Officers responded to a home in the area of 24th and Madison streets around 3:40 p.m. after receiving a call about multiple children being left in a car.
When police arrived on scene, they found the children in the car which was turned off and had its windows rolled up.
Officers immediately gained access to the vehicle and put each of the children into an air-conditioned patrol car as well as provided them with water.
The Phoenix Fire Department arrived shortly after and treated the children.
The children were transported to the hospital to be evaluated for heat-related issues but are expected to be fine.
Phoenix police said that the temperature inside the vehicle, after the doors were opened by officers, was 125 degrees.
In addition, each of the children’s internal temperatures were taken and were reportedly all close to 100 degrees.
Police were able to make contact with Largo inside of a nearby business. Officers later learned that he had entered said business just short of an hour before they arrived on scene.
This is an ongoing investigation.

He left his children to visit an adult store. Unbelievable. He is a loser of the worst sort. He should never been allowed to reproduce in the first place. The mother is probably just as bad. If this is who she wanted to have children with. Uncles, aunts cousins and even friends should be sterilized. Why do we let the worst of us reproduce? You don't need an instruction manual to know, you can't leave children in a car
