Homicide suspect arrested 1 month after fatal fight in Phoenix
A suspect was arrested Tuesday in connection with a fatal altercation that occurred last month in Phoenix, authorities said.

PHOENIX — A suspect was arrested Tuesday in connection with a fatal altercation that occurred last month in Phoenix, authorities said.
The Phoenix Police Department identified 26-year-old Dylan Bailey as the person taken into custody and booked into jail on a second-degree murder charge.
In addition, Bailey faces counts of dangerous drug possession and bringing contraband into a correctional facility.

The charges stem from a fight on Dec. 13 near Eleventh and Vogel avenues.
Officers responded around 2:20 p.m. after receiving reports of a fight and found 55-year-old Chad Petersen with injuries consistent with being involved in a physical altercation. Bailey allegedly fled the area before officers arrived.
Petersen was hospitalized and died from his injuries a week later.
Bailey’s bond was set at $500.

Hello, my name is Ashley Petersen, I am Chad Petersen’s daughter. My family and myself sincerely appreciate the attention on my dad’s story but the story you got is misleading. We seen the whole video, so there was a disagreement or argument if u wish to call it but there was never a fight my dad was attacked. My dad never raised a fist or touched Dylan. My dad was pointing in a different direction and was punched with brass knuckles by Dylan totally off guard and went straight down. Hitting his head causing severe brain damage which resulted in his passing all for nothing. I just want to be sure that the truth is told because my dad was a very loved man and didn’t deserve what happened to him. It was very senseless, even after he seen all the blood rushing out because my dad was on blood thinners he still walked off without a care.
Is the $500 bond a typo?
