Investigators determined that Clark was under the influence when he drove through a red light at Pebble Creek Parkway and Interstate 10 around 1:50 a.m. That caused a collision with another vehicle and Clark’s motorcycle, police said.

Clark was unresponsive at the scene when officers arrived and died after being taken to a hospital, police said.
