PHOENIX — A downtown Phoenix apartment complex is opening a members-only social club this month and is hosting a party to commemorate the launch.
X Club, the newest arm of the 300-unit, 20-story X Phoenix building at Second Avenue and Monroe Street, will open June 20, according to a press release.
A free pool party open to the public — RSVP is required — at the club’s outdoor pool and lounge will go from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. on June 18.
“X Phoenix and the new X Club seeks to build a tight-knit community in downtown Phoenix,” Noah Gottlieb, CEO of X Company, said in the release.
“We are looking forward to seeing our intimate and exclusive community grow and witness relationships being made in the gym, on the pool deck, in the workspaces or at our numerous weekly events.”
The club’s 50,000-square-foot outdoor deck features a pool, hot tub, restaurant and bar.
There will also be a coworking space, reservable conference rooms, private meeting pods and a full-service bar/restaurant.
Those living at X Phoenix will get a complimentary membership to the club.
Non-residents can get all-access memberships for $275 a month.
X Phoenix is an extension of Chicago-based X Company, which has coworking complexes in the Midwest city.
