The parade portion of the festival will begin at 10 a.m. and will run southbound along Third Street from Portland Street and Taylor Street in Phoenix. The march will lead spectators into the Arizona Center.

Arizona Center marks the newest host venue for the festival after previously being held at Steele Indian Park in downtown Phoenix.

“This is a different kind of year for Phoenix Pride, and you’re going to see a different kind of parade and festival, as a result,” Phoenix Pride Executive Director Mike Fornelli said in a news release.

“Over the past year, the organization has undergone significant introspection, while gathering extensive feedback from our community members, our civic and business partners, and the public at large. The result is a different kind of Phoenix Pride Festival that reflects the changing desires of our ever-evolving Greater Phoenix LGBTQ+ community. This is a hybrid event, with free and open access to anyone who wants to attend, along with the ticketed premium spaces that have traditionally been a part of the Phoenix Pride Festival.”
