Suspect arrested 2 months after deadly shooting in northwest Phoenix

A suspect in a deadly northwest Phoenix shooting from two months ago was arrested this week.

PHOENIX – A suspect in a deadly Phoenix shooting from two months ago was arrested this week, authorities said.

Joseph Jennings, 65, was booked into jail on counts of second-degree murder, criminal trespassing and prohibited weapon possession.

His bond was set at $1 million.

What did police say about deadly Phoenix shooting?

Jennings was arrested Monday in connection with the death of 30-year-old Seth Moisoff, according to the Phoenix Police Department.

Officers responded to the area of 35th Avenue and Rose Garden Lane around 5 p.m. on May 19 and found Moisoff suffering from at least one gunshot wound.

He died of his injuries after he was taken to a hospital, police said.

No other details about the deadly Phoenix shooting case were made available.
