Looking for a little levity? A new two-day comedy festival is taking over Sloan Park in Mesa this fall with Dave Chappelle and Bill Burr headlining.

The Fastball Comedy Festival will take place at the baseball stadium, located at 2330 W. Rio Salado Pkwy, on Oct. 17 and 18. It is a cell phone-free event and only those 18 and older will be allowed to attend.

Burr and Tom Segura will headline the first night, with special guest Rachel Feinstein. Meanwhile, Chappelle will headline the second night and Andrew Santino will be the special guest.

There will also be surprise special guests each night.

Two-day passes are on sale now:

  • Reserved seats start at $149
  • Floor seats start at $299
  • The party deck starts at $469
  • The press box club starts at $665

It was noted that all sales are final and that tickets will be delivered via email by Punchup. Mobile tickets will be required in order to enter the event.

Bags do need to be clear and no larger than 12 inches by six inches by 12 inches. All purchases made at the stadium will be cashless, but visitors will not be able to use Apple Pay or mobile wallets due it to being a cell phone-free event.
