A person is in extremely critical condition after firefighters responded to reports of multiple explosions at a house in north Phoenix on Wednesday.

PHOENIX — A person is in extremely critical condition after firefighters responded to reports of multiple explosions at a house in north Phoenix on Wednesday.
The Phoenix Fire Department found flames and smoke coming from a home near Deer Valley Road and 35th Avenue around 8 a.m.
No firefighters were injured as they worked to prevent the fire from reaching an adjacent home. The person in critical condition was taken to the hospital.
The cause of the fire is being investigated by the Phoenix Fire Investigations Task Force.
No other information was immediately available.
