Country star Darius Rucker to perform in Scottsdale in November

PHOENIX — Multi-platinum country singer Darius Rucker will perform at the Bob’s Biker Blast to benefit Phoenix Children’s Hospital on Nov. 9.

The three-day motorcycle festival, hosted by Harley-Davidson of Scottsdale, GO AZ Motorcycles and Bob Parsons Nov. 8-10, will be filled with food, drinks, music and some of the Valley’s coolest bikes.

All of the money made from registration fees, concert tickets and T-shirt sales, in addition to a portion of food and beverage sales, will be donated to the Phoenix Children’s Hospital.

Saturday’s festivities kick off at 9 a.m. at Harley-Davidson of Scottsdale on the corner of Northsight Boulevard and Hayden Road. The “I Ride 4PCH” motorcycle ride at the hospital begins around 10:30 a.m. and will conclude at 12:30 p.m.

The day concludes with a performance by CC Adcock beginning at 6:15 p.m. at the GO AZ Motorcycles track. Rucker’s set will begin around 8:30 p.m.

A $20 donation to PCH provides guests with entrance into the concert, lunch, goodie bags and an event bandanna.

All weekend festivities are free to active and retired military personnel.
