If anything, the Hit & Run Driver should be incarcerated for 78.39 years,... the average American lifespan. For every day this family moves forward without their child-teen-graduate-adult-parent-grandparent, the Truck Driver's life should be at a standstill in Prison, -no family, no kids to care for him when he exits.
