Cement truck rolls over, spills contents on Phoenix-area freeway

PHOENIX — A cement truck crashed, rolled over and spilled concrete on a Phoenix-area freeway Wednesday morning.

The accident on Loop 202 near State Route 24 in the far southeast Valley near Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport closed two eastbound left lanes.
