Banner Urgent Care set for opening in downtown Phoenix

PHOENIX — Banner Urgent Care will open its newest location on Monday in downtown Phoenix.

The facility, located at First and Washington streets, will be open seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.

“We are excited to be coming downtown and becoming a community resource for this increasingly vibrant area,’’ CEO of Banner Urgent Care Robert Rohatsch said in a press release. “Downtown Phoenix has always had a large number of daytime employees and now there are many more people who live in the area. It’s becoming a 24/7 area and we are proud to be a part of it.’’

The facility will offer treatment for non-life-threatening illnesses and injuries such as cold and flu, ear, eye and throat infections, fevers, skin rashes and sprains.

On-site X-ray and pharmacy services will also be available.

Appointments can be scheduled online and by calling (602)-255-7650.

Most insurance plans and walk-in appointments are accepted, according to the release.

Banner Urgent Care has 47 clinics throughout Phoenix, Tucson and northern Colorado.
