PHOENIX — A new upscale apartment development is coming to Old Town Scottsdale with construction set to begin in spring 2025, according to a press release.

The Goldwater Residences, located at the Southeast corner of Goldwater Boulevard and 70th Street, will feature approximately 40 two- to three-bedroom units, along with around 7,500 square feet of commercial space on the ground floor.

This complex will offer relaxing amenity spaces, such as an outdoor pool, terrace, fully equipped fitness center and a covered pet park.

“We are very excited to begin sales on this exceptional new property,” Alvaro Moreno, USA Manager with Adlanto North America, said in the release. “Scottsdale is one of the most attractive markets for residential real estate in the United States and provides an opportunity to create a project that will be extremely attractive to those interested in luxury living, and avant-garde architecture in the heart of it all.”

Adlanto is the developer for the project, partnering with Plaza Companies, one of Arizona’s most respected real estate companies. This is Adlanto’s first residential project in the United States after success throughout North America, South America and Europe.

“We look forward to starting sales and construction on The Goldwater Residences and creating the next great luxury living opportunity for Scottsdale,” Sharon Harper, Chairman and CEO of Plaza Companies, said in the release. “Our knowledge of the market and experience with a broad spectrum of development projects in Arizona will be a key asset as we bring The Goldwater Residences to life.”
