A seven-year-old boy was air lifted to a hospital with life-threatening injuries after authorities responded to a reported drowning in Queen Creek.

PHOENIX — A seven-year-old boy was air lifted to a hospital with life-threatening injuries after he was pulled from a pool in Queen Creek.
Queen Creek Police Department say they responded to a reported drowning Sunday afternoon, near East Carriage Way and South Mesquite Drive, off South Ellsworth Road.
When officers arrived, the boy had already been pulled from the pool.
He was taken by helicopter to a local hospital, with injuries described as “life-threatening” by QCPD as of 9:30 PM.
