PHOENIX — A long-term ramp closure on Loop 202 at Alma School Road is set to begin on Wednesday.

The Arizona Department of Transportation says the westbound off-ramp is expected to be closed for about 60 days beginning at 11 p.m.

Its part of the Loop 202 widening project, ADOT said in a release.

For drivers who typically use the area, the off-ramp at Dobson Road will be the designated detour route.

Additional closures are expected in the coming months between the Loop 101 and Val Vista Drive.

I may have missed something...RED MTN FREEWAY or SAN TAN? Geez, I am assuming San Tan because the Red Mtn doesn't seem to crowded in that part of Mesa.

Based on the images, it's the San Tan side. I agree, some clarification would be nice!
