5 hospitalized, including 4 in critical condition, after Laveen crash
Four people are fighting for their lives after a two-vehicle crash in Laveen on Sunday evening left several victims trapped, authorities said.

Four people are fighting for their lives after a two-vehicle collision in Laveen on Sunday evening left several victims trapped, authorities said.
Phoenix Fire Department crews responded to the intersection of 51st Avenue and Estrella Drive around 7 p.m. following reports of a multi-patient crash.
Upon arrival, firefighters found two vehicles, with three people trapped inside one of them. Rescue crews used extrication tools to free the trapped occupants.
A total of five patients were evaluated at the scene and transported to local hospitals.
Four of those victims, one adult female and three adult males, were rushed to the hospital in critical condition, according to fire officials.
A fourth adult male was transported in stable condition.
The cause of the collision is currently under investigation.
