4 people including teen boy in critical condition after collision in Phoenix

Four people including a teen boy were transported to the hospital in critical condition Tuesday evening after a crash in Phoenix, authorities said.

PHOENIX — Four people including a teen boy were transported to the hospital in critical condition Tuesday evening after a crash in Phoenix, authorities said.

Two vehicles collided at 27th Avenue and Baseline Road around 5:30 p.m., injuring a 16-year-old boy, a 20-year-old woman, a 40-year-old man and a 55-year-old man.

Authorities who arrived on the scene found a vehicle on its side after rolling several times with two people trapped inside that required extrication.
