3 arrested in Tempe shooting that killed man, hospitalized woman

PHOENIX — Three men have been arrested in connection with a Tempe shooting that killed a victim and hospitalized another, authorities said Monday.
Miguel Rosas Galvan, Dennis Manuel Guillen and Oscar Manuel Guillen were arrested Sunday for their roles in the Thanksgiving incident, according to the Tempe Police Department.
All three suspects face charges of first-degree murder, aggravated assault and conspiracy.
Police said an investigation is ongoing and more suspects are outstanding.
What happened in fatal Tempe shooting?
Tempe Police received multiple calls of shots fired at an apartment complex near Washington Street and Center Parkway around 8:30 p.m. on Thursday.
When officers arrived, they found 24-year-old Anthony Carlos dead and a woman who has yet to be identified suffering from gunshot wounds.
The woman was hospitalized in critical condition and remains stable.
Investigators have interviewed over 30 people and found nearly 30 bullet casings on the scene.
The parties were familiar with each other but the incident was not related to domestic violence, police said.
