18-year-old found shot and killed near Paradise Valley High School in Phoenix
An 18-year-old man was found dead near Paradise Valley High School on Friday night, according to police.

PHOENIX — An 18-year-old man was found dead near Paradise Valley High School on Friday night, according to police.
The man was found with multiple gunshot wounds and signs of trauma near the intersection of 40th Street and Bell Road when police arrived on the scene. He was identified as Vincente Ladua, the Phoenix Police Department said in a press release.
Witnesses said that man shot Ladua several times before leaving the scene, police said.
On Feb. 17, police said Mykal Drew, 21, has been arrested in the case.
No additional information was made available.
