North Phoenix collision leaves 1 woman dead, another hospitalized
One woman has died after a crash in north Phoenix on Tuesday, authorities said.

PHOENIX — One woman has died after a crash in north Phoenix on Tuesday, authorities said.
At around 4:43 p.m., police responded to a two-vehicle crash on the intersection of 64th Street and Mayo Boulevard where they found two women with injuries. After life-saving efforts were made, 59-year-old Lisa Etling died on scene due to her injuries. The other woman involved in the crash was taken to the hospital with minor injuries.
Upon investigation, authorities said Etling was driving east on Mayo Boulevard and was turning left on 64th Street when she collided with a car driving west.
The investigation remains ongoing. No other information was made available.
