1 person seriously injured in Glendale car accident

PHOENIX — One person is in the hospital with life-threatening injuries Tuesday after a car accident in Glendale.

Two vehicles collided at 59th and Maryland avenues around 7:15 a.m. Police closed Maryland in both directions at the intersection and 59th going north for a few hours.

No other details were immediately available.
