Arizona’s Sonora Quest Laboratories launches at-home male fertility test that can be taken privately
Sonora Quest Laboratories released a Thursday news release promoting a male fertility test men can buy online and take privately at home.

PHOENIX — Arizona men now order a convenient, at-home male fertility test that gives them results within half an hour.
They’re offered through Sonora Quest Laboratories, an Arizonan diagnostic laboratory.
A Thursday news release from the company said men can order these tests without a doctor’s order or insurance through My Lab ReQuest. They cost $99. It takes around three to five business days for a kit to arrive in the mail.
How does at-home male fertility test for Arizona men work?
The tests analyze these five key factors in less than 30 minutes:
- Sperm concentration.
- Sperm motility.
- Progressive motility.
- Motile sperm concentration.
- Progressive motile sperm concentration.
Patients need a smartphone or computer to take the test, which comes with an app that gives a summary of results and personalized recommendations.
Additionally, patients can access a PDF fertility report and a live video they can share with their physicians.

The senior director of business development at Sonora Quest Laboratories, Tom Leggett, said this test should be on all men’s radars — even if they aren’t actively trying to conceive.
“Understanding your sperm quality is an indicator of your overall health and wellness,” Leggett said in a Thursday news release. “This test allows you to learn more about your sperm quickly and easily in the comfort of your own home.”
He said the test should be used for men who have struggled to conceive for over a year or who have health issues like diabetes, hormone imbalances or autoimmune diseases.
