Boil water advisory in Maricopa canceled after negative E. coli tests

Residents in the city of Maricopa no longer need to boil tap water before using it after the water provider for the Pinal County city canceled its precautionary boil water advisory Thursday.
Global Water – Santa Cruz Water Company canceled its advisory after repeated testing for E. coli came back negative.
The advisory was issued on Wednesday after two preliminary tests indicated the city’s tap water could be contaminated with E. coli, a bacterium that can cause intestinal illness in humans and is especially concerning for people with weakened immune systems.
Water samples were collected and sent to a third-party laboratory for testing, which the results of the testing came back negative.
Residents in the city of Maricopa do not need to take any special precautionary measures before using or drinking tap water.

Imagine the indignity of having to live in the city of Maricopa, and now on top of that you've got to boil your water
