Arizona Gov. Katie Hobbs says Republicans should be ‘embarrassed’ by ESA program costs

Maybe stop brainwashing children in public schools and actually teach them valuable information or worst not gender transition therapy our kids so people actually trust school system, not to mention dude in sun dress and makeup, or holding drag competition in schools!

To people like Hobbs or Hippocrates Lives blaming MAGA and Republicans calling homeschooling fraud or shameful, your lack of common sense and idiocy is beyond help.

1. Horne has said auto approval of everything under 2.5K happens because the audit is later and therefore this is relatively low risk. Given the tiny amount of fraud found, this is not unreasonable.
2. They have only found less than 1% of fraud. Sure, more can be found but that still doesn't mean it is a largely fraudulent program. Even if they found 10x the fraud they currently found, it would be dishonest to paint this as a fraudulent system. That's not an absence of information by me, that is you literally making things up (that fraud is happening on a massive scale despite the absence of evidence it is).
3. Hobbs has said in the past support for more oversight (that was fine by me). In this speech, her saying the original intent of ESA is protected (learning disabilities and military families) seems to imply she wants to do away with the relative recent change that allows anyone to access the program, paired with saying Republicans should be ashamed of the less than 1% fraud found, again dishonestly painting ESA as fraudulent, seems like y conclusion was correct. She wants to do away with parents being able to choose how to educate their child.
4. You have to be ESA certified to accept ESA funds. The idea people are out there buying jet skis in mass is a joke. Sure, maybe some vendors fraudulently got approval to be ESA vendors, but to assume its is a systemic problem without any proof it is a significant problem, is dishonest. But even if this did happen, a parent would have to withdraw their child from public school, taking those funds and not give it to their child, then go to the fraudulent vendor.....again, leaving the kid with no education....that's not happening in mass (or at least no evidence of that to date).
